Chloe advises on various corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions, SPAC listings, de-SPAC transactions, private equity and general corporate matters.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Chloe worked at a Red Circle firm, specialising in capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (such as takeovers), regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Chloe obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) (double degrees) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.

Chloe is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
