Bethany Lightfoot

Bethany works within the bonds team and specialises in mortgage refinances, ensuring security in lending on behalf of popular local high street banks. Alongside this, Bethany also provides administrative support within the Local Legal Services team and is a point of contact should you wish to attain fee quotes for any property related transactions or wills.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Bethany completed her undergraduate degree in Law with Criminology at the University of Brighton. Following this, Bethany went on to work in-house as a paralegal at a local wealth management firm, specialising in trust law, where she gained experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and developed critical skills in the drafting of complex trust and company documents.
