Ben is a Director of Ogier Global in the Cayman Islands, having previously been counsel in the investment funds team of Ogier. With more than 15 years' experience in the investment funds and asset management industry, Ben advises major financial institutions, hedge fund managers and their onshore counsel in a wide range of jurisdictions.
Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier in the Cayman Islands Ben worked with another international law firm in the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong, as well as being a vice president with Deutsche Asset Management in Hong Kong in their alternative investment services division.
Ben is admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands, is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and is also registered as a director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
Ben has an LL.B. (Hons) from Trinity College, Dublin.
