Ali is a senior associate in Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. She advises corporates, financial institutions, private equity funds and sponsors on a broad range of transactional and general corporate advisory matters. Ali has particular experience in private M&A transactions, joint ventures, equity capital markets (including SPACs and de-SPACs) and corporate governance matters.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier in the Cayman Islands in 2024, Ali worked at a specialist corporate firm in New Zealand advising listed entities, leading corporates, private equity funds, financial service providers, shareholders and directors on a range of transactional and corporate advisory matters.
