Adam is a trust director with Ogier Global in the Cayman Islands, where he oversees the unit trust service line and serves as an independent director to alternative investment funds.
Background and experience
Since joining the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands in 2012, Adam has worked with investment managers across Asia and North America to establish and administer unit trust structures registered as mutual funds, amongst a diverse array of investment strategies. Adam is an accredited director, a designation granted by the Corporate Governance Institute of Canada, and is a Professional Director registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
Before joining Ogier Global in 2021, Adam was a manager at the Cayman offices of BNY Mellon and Intertrust following its acquisition of Elian Fiduciary Services in 2016. In these roles, Adam specialised in providing fiduciary oversight and corporate governance to a portfolio of unit trusts and corporate vehicles with a combined AUM exceeding $200 billion.
Adam began his career with the AIB Group in Dublin, Ireland, and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales.
In addition to his responsibilities at Ogier Global, Adam is an active member of the Help for Children Committee of Hope in the Cayman Islands and is a founding member of the Cayman Unit Trustee Working Group.
