Yuki Yan named a China Business Law Journal Rising Star

Partner Yuki Yan, a Banking and Finance specialist in Ogier’s Hong Kong team, has been named in China Business Law Journal's 2024-25 Rising Stars A-List.

The Rising Stars list is comprised of 120 elite lawyers and recognises individuals for their exceptional performance in the PRC legal services market. The list is based on nominations from business leaders, corporate managers and in-house counsel.

Yuki has extensive experience advising on a broad range of corporate and financing transactions, including structured finance, fund finance, and corporate restructurings and reorganisations. Being a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese, Yuki frequently advises major international and PRC financial institutions.
