Two promotions in Ogier Global team in Luxembourg

Ogier's Corporate and Fiduciary Services business, Ogier Global, is pleased to confirm the promotion of two members of its team in Luxembourg.

Carla Condeco has been promoted from senior manager to associate director in the Luxembourg Corporate Administration team. She joined Ogier Global in January 2022 and will continue to assist international and local clients with their accounting and tax compliance obligations for a wide variety of vehicles and work with private equity funds, listed real estate companies, fund managers, individual private clients and third-party financiers.

Thomas Delande has been at Ogier for three years and has progressed from senior administrator to assistant manager in Ogier Global's Luxembourg Corporate and Registered Office / Registered Agent (RORA) Services team. He will continue to provide a full range of corporate administration services to entities across a range of industry sectors.
