Sophie Denman and Samantha Hoare recognised as eprivateclient NextGen Leaders

Sophie Denman and Samantha Hoare have been recognised as rising stars of the private client profession in the 2023 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders List.

Sophie Denman is a managing associate in Ogier's Private Wealth team in Guernsey, specialising in Guernsey and BVI law. A STEP qualified trusts and estates practitioner, Sophie has extensive technical experience in advising trustees, settlors and beneficiaries in respect of complex and high-value wealth structures. Sophie's skills have previously been recognised through multiple STEP Excellence Awards wins and her listing as a "Rising Leader" with Private Client Global Elite for two consecutive years.

Samantha Hoare is a managing associate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. She has advised on complex contentious trusts matters, sanctions issues for trust companies within Jersey, and on a wide variety of contentious private client issues that arise in the offshore arena. A long-standing Advocate, Sam is considered to be a trusted advisor by key clients.
