Richard Bennett promoted to counsel in Ogier's Investment Funds team

Richard Bennett has been promoted to counsel in Ogier's multi-jurisdictional Investment Funds team based in London.

Richard, who joined Ogier in 2011, is a longstanding and valued member of Ogier's Investment Funds team, practising both Cayman and BVI laws.

Richard's focus is on servicing Ogier's UK and European clients in an EU time zone. His practice primarily centres on advising investment funds, acting for both private equity and hedge fund clients and other investment arrangement structures, on a range of issues under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

Richard is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team, Digital, Blockchain and Fintech team and also its Sustainable Investment and Impact Funds team.
