Ogier's Tiffany Tolliss promoted to managing associate in BVI

Ogier has recognised its transactional expertise in the British Virgin Islands with the promotion of Tiffany Tolliss to managing associate in the Corporate team.

Tiffany is a corporate lawyer who has practised in the UK, Jersey and the BVI. She is a senior member of Ogier's BVI transactional team and advises on a broad range of BVI corporate, finance, funds and restructuring matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt finance and the formation, launch and ongoing maintenance of investment funds. Tiffany is also a leading member of the firm's Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability committees.

Tiffany has received a number of accolades for her work including Woman of the Year (Future Leaders, Senior Associate category) from Citywealth in 2023 and being ranked as a key lawyer in Legal 500. She has also been named as a "Rising Star" in the latest IFLR1000 rankings for 2024.
