Ogier's Corporate team in Ireland has been ranked in the latest IFLR1000 EMEA guide, demonstrating the firm's strength in depth across its jurisdictions.
The team in Dublin, which is led by partners Dominic Conlon, Edon Byrnes and Oisin McLoughlin, has been included in the 2023 guide for its notable work in mergers and acquisitions.
The guide has also named associate Sharon Meaney a Rising Star. Sharon works with corporate clients and investors in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, corporate finance, banking and corporate governance. Sharon joined the Irish office as a trainee in 2017, and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2020.
IFLR100 recognises the world's leading financial and corporate law firms and lawyers. The ranking follows a year of significant growth for Ogier's Corporate practice in Ireland, which welcomed a third partner and also ranked in the Legal 500 EMEA Guide 2023.
Partner Dominic Conlon said: "The past year has seen our practice go from strength to strength and these IFLR1000 rankings are another significant milestone for our team in Ireland. This recognition reflects the high standards of excellence that we bring to every client matter and the breadth of skills we offer to our clients both in Ireland and around the world."
