Ogier in the Cayman Islands has been listed as top tier in the latest IFLR1000 rankings for financial and corporate.

IFLR1000 recognises the world's leading financial and corporate law firms and lawyers.

Six lawyers from Ogier's Banking and Finance and Corporate teams in Cayman have also received individual rankings across practice areas including capital markets, banking and finance, debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial and corporate.

Partners Angus Davison and Mark Santangeli are ranked as "Highly Regarded", while partner Tommy Tuohy is a "Notable Practitioner".

Senior associates Marcus Hallan and Cornelia Zhu are named as "Rising Stars", while consultant James Bagnall is also noted as "Expert"

Practice partner in Ogier's Cayman office James Bergstrom said: "I am delighted but not surprised to see our financial and corporate services given top-tier status. Ogier in Cayman further strengthened its Corporate team with the recent addition of new partner Natalie Bell. New hires in the Banking and Finance team have cemented its position as one of the largest dedicated banking and finance teams in the Cayman Islands.
