Ogier trusts experts to speak at transcontinental trusts international forum

Rachael Reynolds and Jennifer Fox from Ogier's top-tier Cayman Trusts Advisory Group will be sharing expert insights at the upcoming transcontinental trusts international forum. The forum is a flagship event in the trusts world and has moved to an online format this year, with over 80 speakers and 150 participants confirmed.

Senior Partner Rachael Reynolds, who is Citywealth's Offshore Litigator of the Year 2020 and leads Ogier's Global Dispute Resolution and Trusts Disputes teams, will be moderating a panel on the first day of the conference on recent global litigation trends.

Partner Jennifer Fox, a Legal 500 Caribbean 2020 "next generation partner", will speak on Anti-Bartlett Clauses on day two and fixing settlor and trustee mistakes as part of the litigation stream on day three, and will review recent onshore and offshore key cases and developments related to each topic.
