Ogier promotes three trainee graduates to associates in the Channel Islands

Three graduates of Ogier's tailored trainee solicitor programme have been promoted to become associates of the firm. Stephanie Button, Molly Ryan and Natália Jopling Tanser have joined the law firm's teams in the Channel Islands. 

In Jersey, Stephanie joins the Dispute Resolution team and Molly joins the Corporate team, while in Guernsey, Natália joins the Dispute Resolution team. 

The three newly qualified solicitors successfully completed Ogier's two-year training scheme.  Regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, Ogier's English Solicitor training programme offers trainees hands-on experience in up to four seats, including time in litigation. It also includes a professional skills course and an experiential litigation course that includes a mock trial.

Since then, the stream of talented newly qualified associates that we've welcomed into our teams is a real testament to the programme's success. Many of those associates have progressed through the firm to become managing associates, counsels, and even partners.
