Ogier in Ireland has been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in the Great Place to Work® Awards 2025 - the only Irish law firm to be ranked on the list.
It's the eighth year the firm has been named as a top Irish workplace, following an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience taken by employees at the end of 2024. Last year Ogier was recognised in the Best Small Workplace category, moving this year into the Best Mid-Size Workplace category, demonstrating how the firm is maintaining its culture as a great workplace during a high growth phase.
Practice partner John Hogan said: "We are thrilled to have been recognised along with other leading employers as a Great Place to Work® Ireland. 2024 was a big year for us at Ogier Ireland, welcoming many new faces and more business offerings including our Funds and Banking and Finance teams. The work done by our GPTW committee is outstanding and we listen to and action the feedback we receive. We look forward to what 2025 brings for the firm and wish all the winners a big congratulations."
Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland, congratulated all the companies recognised by the awards. "As we recognise this year's Best Workplaces in Ireland, we applaud them for embracing these principles, setting new standards for workplace excellence. Their commitment to well being and innovation, and fostering cultures of purpose and belonging, is shaping the future of work."
Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees around the world and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace experience. Great Place to Work helps organisations quantify their culture and produce better business results by creating a high-trust work experience for all employees.
Their unparalleled benchmark data is used to recognise Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and the Best Workplaces™ in the US and more than 60 countries, including those on the 100 Best Companies to Work For® and World’s Best lists published annually by Fortune. Their mission is to build a better world by helping every organization become a Great Place to Work.
