Ogier has been named in the annual GRR 100 as a leading adviser to cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.

Ogier's international Restructuring and Insolvency team covers BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and Luxembourg law.

Restructuring and Insolvency specialist Marc Kish said: "We have acted in some of the largest and most complex restructuring matters in recent years including Ocean Rig, Abraaj, Toys R Us and Carlyle Capital Corporation.
