Ogier lawyers admitted in Luxembourg

Three Ogier lawyers from the firm's Guernsey, London and Cayman offices have been admitted to the Luxembourg bar under Liste IV, which recognises foreign-qualified practitioners.

Partner Tim Clipstone, managing associate Richard Bennett and senior associate Catharina von Finckenhagen have all been admitted.

Ogier has had a presence in Luxembourg since 2012 – the firm's Luxembourg team is led by eight partners and advises on Investment Funds, Banking & Finance, Corporate and Tax law.

Of the newly-admitted lawyers, Tim is a partner in the firm's Guernsey office specialising in investment funds who is also admitted in England & Wales, Cayman and BVI; Richard is a managing associate in the London office who advises on corporate and investment funds matters who has also spent several years in the firm's Guernsey and Hong Kong offices.
