Ogier in Ireland welcomes new funds partner Jennifer Dobbyn

Investment funds specialist Jennifer Dobbyn has joined the Ogier partnership, further strengthening the firm's funds offering in Ireland.

Jennifer advises asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Irish domiciled investment vehicles across a broad range of assets classes and investment strategies. Jennifer has extensive experience advising on all types of AIFs and UCITS, including funds of funds, master feeders, loan origination and managed account platforms across a range of structures (including ICAVs, PLCs, unit trusts. CCFs and ILPs).

She has particular expertise in the areas of sustainable finance and ESG, advising on sustainable finance disclosure requirements (SFDR) and related matters as part of compliance with the EU’s Sustainable Finance Action Plan.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, prior to joining Ogier Jennifer worked in another leading international law firm in Dublin for more than 11 years.
