Just over a year after opening its doors in Dubai, Ogier’s “outstanding” team has been praised for its strength in asset tracing, cross-border insolvency applications and offshore litigation in the Legal 500 2025 United Arab Emirates rankings.  

Ogier opened its Dubai office in November 2023 and advises its clients in the Middle East on British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Irish and Luxembourg law.

The guide also includes recognition for Ogier's Cayman investment fund specialists in Dubai, with counsel Dominic Athwal described as “skilled at corporate governance” and managing associate Ridhiima Kapoor praised as being “knowledgeable of investment fund maintenance”.
