Ogier Global awarded ISAE 3402 Type II accreditation

Ogier Global, Ogier's corporate and fiduciary division, has been awarded the prestigious ISAE 3402 Type II accreditation for Fund Administration.

ISAE 3402 was developed by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and published by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). 

Type II of the ISAE 3402 accreditation is an internationally recognised standard, which has been issued by a leading independent accounting firm. For this type of certification, auditors not only conduct a thorough examination of the design but also the operational effectiveness of internal fund administration and compliance controls. 

This provides clients and stakeholders with independent assurance that Ogier Global's Fund Administration services adhere to the highest standards of quality for financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and client's audit and regulatory needs.
