Ogier has welcomed new counsel Hadrien Brémon to its fast-growing tax practice in Luxembourg.
A seasoned tax lawyer, Hadrien has more than 10 years' experience of Luxembourg market and investment structures. His appointment adds strength in depth to the Luxembourg tax team, which is headed up by new partner Aurélie Clementz.
"The hiring of Hadrien complements the recent addition of Aurélie, adding to the strength of our team of talented tax lawyers in Luxembourg. Ogier has a well-earned reputation for providing commercial, innovative tax advice to our clients and the growth of our tax team will further enhance our capability to assist clients with this increasingly complex area, " said Luxembourg practice partner Bertrand Géradin.
Hadrien regularly advises some of the largest private equity and investment funds' sponsors and investors, as well as leading financial institutions in Luxembourg. He has extensive experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint-ventures and international tax planning, with particular expertise in advising on the Luxembourg tax aspects of complex securitisation, structured finance and repackaging products.
Prior to joining Ogier, Hadrien was a managing associate in the tax department of a leading law firm in Luxembourg. He is dual-qualified in both France and Luxembourg (Paris and Luxembourg Bars).
