Ogier BVI team praised for quality of client care in Legal 500

Ogier's BVI Dispute Resolution team is praised by clients as "one of the best in the BVI in terms of legal ability, quality of service and plain old fashioned client care" in Legal 500.

The team is also described as having "very impressive team members" and for being "pragmatic, responsive and highly skilled at dealing with multi-jurisdictional disputes. It is a pleasure to work with them". Partners Grant Carroll and Brian Lacy are both listed as next generation partners. Brian is described as having "an excellent understanding of Russian and CIS disputes" and Grant as being a "fantastic problem solver".

The Investment Funds team garners similarly high praise as "very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous and reasonably priced, and fields a terrific team". Partner Michael Killourhy is noted for his work in this sector, as is Simon Schilder who is described as "very practical and helpful".

Both the Corporate and Banking and Finance teams also received good reviews, with it being noted that both departments regularly advise on "many of the BVI's most complex and high profile transactions".
