Ogier announces new counsels Virginie Gonella and Katharine Marshall

Virginie Gonella in Ogier's Luxembourg Funds team and Katharine Marshall in Ogier's Channel Islands Local Legal Services team have both progressed to new roles as counsel.

Qualified in Luxembourg, Virginie has a corporate background with experience in assisting institutional clients, top tier private equity houses, investment funds, small and medium-size companies and high net worth individuals. Part of Ogier's Luxembourg team since its inception, Virginie has played a key role in contributing to the success and growth of the office, and of the funds team in particular.

Katharine is part of Ogier's Local Legal Services team and market-leading Jersey Property practice, which is ranked in a tier of its own by Chambers UK. Katharine specialises in acting for Ogier Group clients in relation to institutional Channel Island property finance as well as commercial property transactions and residential development.  Katharine's recent transactions have included multi-million pound commercial development financing matters.
