Jennifer Fox to attend Private Client Forum Americas

Ogier Dispute Resolution Partner Jennifer Fox will speak at Private Client Forum Americas, the annual forum for the world's leading private wealth advisors, in Mexico next week.

The three-day Ogier-sponsored international private client conference will bring together the Americas' elite advisors to HNWIs and UHNWIs to explore topical issues across the region and beyond.

Jennifer, who specialises in contentious trust matters, will join an expert panel entitled "My case is bigger than yours! The latest updates in private client litigation." The session will explore recent onshore and offshore trusts cases, examine trends and discuss the potential impact on future case law.

Jennifer said: "With the requirements of HNW families becoming increasingly global and complex in nature, I look forward to exploring the latest developments in trust litigation and outlining a few key recent cases from the Cayman Islands with private wealth practitioners from around the globe."

The conference will take place at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
