James Campbell named among 50 "most influential" private client lawyers

Ogier partner James Campbell has been named one of the 50 most influential private client lawyers in the UK and Crown Dependencies by eprivateclient.

James, the Global Head of Ogier's Private Client and Trusts team, has been included in the list for the second time.

"I am very pleased to have been included in this list of influential private client practitioners after another very busy year at Ogier," said James.

James has more than 20 years' experience as a trusts practitioner, and is one of four partners leading Ogier's specialist Jersey non-contentious trusts team, the largest in the jurisdiction.

He advises professional trustees, family offices, intermediaries and high net worth families on all aspects of Jersey trusts, foundations and estate planning, together with all related company and commercial law issues.

James also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and restructuring of both private and commercial trusts and has a particular focus on the establishment and use of private trust companies.
