Five of Ogier's international team have been named in the Citywealth IFC Powerwomen 200 list recognising the most successful and influential women working in private wealth.
Partner Sally Edwards, directors Fiona Barrie and Helen Ruelle, and counsel Katherine Neal and Sophie Reguengo have all been named in the list.
Citywealth's IFC Powerwomen list "recognises women of achievement who are trailblazers in their field, helping to promote business excellence in their home jurisdiction and consolidating the reputations of the financial services industry globally".
Inclusion on the list is determined by research from previous lists, combined with recommendations from leading figures in the financial service industry, UHNW clients, charities and from a call for submissions.
Sally is a Jersey Advocate who is praised by clients as "the guru of the Jersey trust world", Fiona has 25 years' experience in the Cayman trusts industry and specialises in the use of Cayman unit trusts, Helen is a specialist in legal advice to UHNWs across the full range of legal disciplines, Katherine advises professional trustees, settlors and beneficiaries on drafting trust deeds and employee reward schemes, JPUTs and pensions, and Sophie specialises in structures for very private funds and family offices.
Ogier's Global Head of Private Client and Trusts, James Campbell, said: "We are very pleased to see so many Ogier names on this year's Powerwomen list – and to see that the names included span such a broad range of specialisms within the private client sphere."
