Digital wills and offshore estate planning – Ogier partner explores the tech angle

Ogier private wealth partner Anthony Partridge will speak at the annual forum for the world's leading private wealth advisors in California later this month.

The three-day Ogier-sponsored international private client conference will bring together the America's elite advisors to HNWIs and UHNWIs to explore topical issues across the Americas with an outlook on the rest of the world.  

Anthony, who leads Ogier's Cayman private wealth team, will be speaking alongside William T. Hennessey from Gunster in a session entitled "Automatic – Electronic/Virtual wills: The wave of the future?". The session will explore the use of electronic wills to make estate planning more convenient and will consider some key questions on their use and validity.

Managing associate Jennifer Fox from Ogier's Cayman office will also be attending.

The conference will take place at the Pelican Hill Resort, Newport Beach in California.
