David Mathews promoted to Senior Associate at Ogier

David Mathews has been promoted to Senior Associate in Ogier's corporate team in the BVI.

David advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial, finance and regulatory matters and has also developed a specialist practice in block chain and fintech matters.

Before joining Ogier in 2018, David worked for another leading BVI law firm where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions and finance. Prior to this, he worked in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
