Cayman transactional specialist Ridhiima Kapoor recognised in awards celebrating international achievement

Ridhiima Kapoor, managing associate in Ogier's Dubai office, has been celebrated in the Cayman Connection "Making Waves" awards.

She has been recognised for making a significant contribution to financial, legal and professional services internationally.

A Cayman attorney now living and working as part of Ogier's Dubai team, Ridhiima is a senior transactional specialist in Ogier's Investment Funds and Corporate teams and has been part of the firm's Cayman Islands team for more than a decade.

Ogier provides legal, corporate, fiduciary and regulatory consulting services to clients in the UAE from its Dubai base. 

Having relocated to Dubai in January 2024, Ridhiima provides Cayman transactional legal expertise from the region, advising on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investment funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. She also provides advice on corporate matters and has in-depth experience in the migration of vehicles into and out of the Cayman Islands, terminations and licensing.
