英属维尔京群岛周年财务申报表方案

自 2022 年《英属维尔京群岛商业公司（修订）法》和 2023 年《英属维尔京群岛商业公司（财务申报表）令》于 2023 年 1 月 1 日生效以来，所有英属维尔京群岛公司都必须向其注册代理提交包含特定财务信息的周年财务申报表（豁免除外）。

周年财务申报表于何时到期？

周年财务申报表在英属维尔京群岛公司财务年结日后到期（注释 1）。英属维尔京群岛公司须在到期日的 9 个月内向其注册代理提交周年财务申报表（申报截止日期）。

注释 1：“年”指公司的财政年度或财务年度，可以是一个日历年。

以日历年作为财务年度的英属维尔京群岛公司，其周年财务申报表的最早到期日为 2024 年 1 月 1 日，公司须在 2024 年 9 月 30 日或之前向其注册代理提交首份周年财务申报表。

未能提交周年财务申报表的后果

如英属维尔京群岛公司未能在期限内提交周年财务申报表，注册代理必须在申报截止日期后30天内通知注册处。违规的英属维尔京群岛公司将受到处罚，甚至可能被注册处除名。
