简介

国际证券交易所(TISE)为范围广泛的债务证券上市提供服务。目前在国际证券交易所上市的包括贷款和实物
支付票据、与股票挂钩票据、可转换票据、高收益债券、欧洲债券和认股权证。国际证券交易所的上市管理
局，即国际证券交易所管理局有限公司(TISEA)同时对新产品线和结构予以开放。

国际性认可
国际证券交易所是：

• 根据《所得税法》（2007年）第1005条的规定，被英国税务局指定为认可交易所，允许
• 符合条件的上市债务证券受益于“引用欧洲债券豁免”；
• 国际证券事务监察委员会组织 (IOSCO)的附属成员；
• 世界交易所联合会(WFE)的附属成员；
• 获澳大利亚证券交易所正式认可；
• 获德国联邦金融监管局(BaFin)(Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsafsicht) 正式认可；
• 及
• 获美国证券交易委员会(SEC)正式认可为指定离岸证券市场。
