Ogier advises on the laws of the BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg and also provides fiduciary services to clients in Latin America, including registered office, directorship, AML, AEOI, and trustee services.

Ogier's Latin American practice comprises five partners in Cayman, one in Luxembourg, and two in the BVI focused on providing funds, corporate, private wealth, banking advice and litigation support. Six of these partners were singled out for recognition in Latin Lawyer 250.

Ogier's LatAm practice is led by Partner Giorgio Subiotto, a Portuguese-speaking investment funds, corporate and private client specialist praised for his outstanding experience in the Latin America space in Latin Lawyer 250.

Ogier prepares 30 to 40 wills and assists with 10 to 15 probate applications per year for Latin America clients. We also advise in relation to the establishment of Cayman Islands and BVI succession planning structures, including trusts, PICs, foundations, and family investment funds.
