5 things to know about Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) services

Where required, register the Fund and any associated Entities with the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to obtain a Global Intermediary Identification Number (GIIN) and with the relevant tax authorities prior to the applicable deadlines.

Subject to receipt of the relevant financial account information, assemble and format the required FATCA & CRS reports, subject to the applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Review documentation for indicia and any inconsistencies between the self-certification forms.
