Acquiring property in Ireland is complex. The process can involve a number of professionals and different dynamics depending on financiers, tax, planning, debt and other complexities. Our multi-disciplinary team of lawyers provides a full commercial acquisitions and land development legal service. We aim to be right at the heart of our clients’ business from the outset of a project through to completion. We advise clients on a range of development projects including PRS (private rented sector), social housing, office and mixed use, hospitality, retail and leisure and health sector assets.

Acting for one of Ireland’s largest REIT’s in a strategic acquisition of a brownfield site for future development

Acting for one of Ireland’s largest developer’s in a historical and monumental pre-sale and development of Town Centre Scheme in North County Dublin

Refinance and development of 67 apartments on a greenfield site in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, negotiation of forward sale to a European  pension fund and negotiation of the letting of the entire to Local Authority
