STEP Guernsey Lecture 2023

Ogier is delighted to sponsor the STEP Guernsey Lecture Series. 

Matt Guthrie will start the new series off and will be looking at the position of reserved powers of trusts, a frequent planning tool particularly for clients in the Far East, and the pitfalls to avoid minimising risk of attack on such structures. 

This first event of the series will commence slightly earlier at 11:30am to include time for networking, with the lecture starting promptly at 12pm.
