Jersey Finance: Funds Masterclass 2021

The Jersey Finance Funds Masterclass series aims to bring together experts in the alternative funds industry to discuss hot topics of the day. 

This Masterclass will focus on recent international legal, regulatory and fiscal changes in the industry as well as taking a forward look at future expected developments. The panellists will examine the implications of developments in legal and tax frameworks and substance requirement changes as well as considering their effect on deal structuring frameworks and the potential for product innovation.
