IBA Private Equity Transactions Symposium 2023

This conference is presented by the Private Equity Subcommittee of the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, a leading event for private equity deal lawyers internationally. 

Speakers are principally from within the industry itself as well as some of the leading private practice specialist practitioners from around the world.

The conference will feature a review of the deal environment, the debt markets and the world from the perspective of investors. A general counsel panel will give usable and important insights into what the sponsor clients need from their lawyers. 

This year there will also be a deep dive into investments into the sports sector, the French and Italian private equity markets and healthcare industry, as well as a standout keynote interviews with leading figures from in and around the industry.
