IBA Asset Recovery Conference 2024

The 2nd Annual IBA Asset Recovery Conference will take place from 4-6 December 2024 at the Riu Plaza España in Madrid, Spain.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Tackling and conquering impediments to asset recovery”.

Topics will include:

• Tackling and conquering common (and uncommon) defences raised in attempts to defeat asset recovery strategies and proceedings
• Tracing, preserving and recovering unique and difficult classes of assets: spotlight on maritime issues in asset recovery
