The Esop Centre is set to return to Jersey for its annual conference on employee share schemes and trustees held in conjunction with STEP and

The programme will include a joint presentation and discussion on the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System - PISCES - covering its aims and how it will work, timeline and latest updates, regulatory-financial promotions and disclosure-confidentiality for employees, and employee tax mechanics and issues. Delegates will learn too about unravelling share valuation for Eso purposes; the increasing use of share plans to benefit non-employees and to create internal markets for shares; and will be updated on the Middle East market; and on UK legal and tax issues.
