Partner and Global Head of Regulatory, Rachel Cropper-Mawer will be attending C5's Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Conference which is taking place at The Hotel President Wilson in Geneva on 13 and 14 March.

Rachel will be participating in the opening interactive panel session of the Fraud Café Roundtable Series: "Fraudulent and Negligent Misrepresentation" - a comparative analysis of the fallibility of memory, the unreliability of oral evidence and the importance which Judges should place on contemporaneous documents.
