Ogier's Real Estate Finance team in Jersey advise Cheyne Capital on its joint venture acquisition of 65 Fleet Street

Ogier advised global alternative investment manager Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP in a joint venture with leading real estate investor Dominus, which involved the acquisition of 65 Fleet Street in the City of London.

Working with lead counsel DLA Piper, Ogier advised on the real estate financing and corporate aspects associated with the acquisition which will contribute to the revitalisation of Fleet Street and the City of London's Destination City Plan.
