Ogier's Private Equity team in Jersey advises Estancia Capital Partners on £108 million acquisition

Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team in Jersey has advised Estancia Capital Partners, a financial services specialist PE firm based in the United States, on its acquisition of a £108 million stake in fintech platform Flagstone.

Working alongside lead counsel Dechert, Ogier assisted with an extensive due diligence project on Flagstone's Jersey regulated entity, encompassing corporate, regulatory, data protection and population office matters, and on the regulatory change of control applications required in Jersey.

Led by partners Richard Daggett (Corporate), Matt McManus (Regulatory) and Katharine Marshall (Local Legal Services), the Ogier team also included managing associate Will Austin-Vautier, associate Alex Vibert and trainee Stephanie Button.
