Ogier takes health supplement provider Herbs Generation public in Hong Kong

Ogier’s Corporate specialists in Hong Kong acted as Cayman and BVI counsel to Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited 草姬集團控股有限公司 (the Herbs Generation), a Hong Kong-based health supplements corporation, on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Shares in Cayman-incorporated Herbs Generation began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on 19 December 2024.
Herbs Generation focuses on the development, sale and marketing of health supplements, cosmetics and skincare products.
The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang with support from the firm’s global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Chloe Yip and paralegals Josie Ma and Vicky Wu.
Ogier worked closely with the company’s Hong Kong counsel, Stephenson Harwood.
