Ogier supports Skycorp Solar’s Nasdaq launch

Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Skycorp Solar Group Limited, a solar photovoltaic product provider, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq Capital Market.

Cayman-incorporated Skycorp Solar Group Limited (Skycorp Solar) announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of two million ordinary shares on 5 March 2025. The offering was priced at US$4 per share. 

Shares began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol PN on 4 March 2025.

Skycorp Solar is a solar photovoltaic (PV) product provider principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of solar cables and solar connectors. The company carries out business in the PRC through its operating subsidiary, Ningbo Skycorp.

The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Chloe Yip and paralegal Vicky Wu. 

Ogier worked closely with Skycorp Solar’s US counsel, Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP.
