Ogier Leman’s Real Estate team have advised Barina Property Group in landmark sale of social housing scheme to UK investor

Ogier Leman advised Irish-owned developer Barina Property Group in sale of apartments to M&G Real Estate

UK-headquartered investor M&G has paid a substantial deal for a portfolio of 67 social housing apartments in the coastal south Dublin suburb of Blackrock from Ogier Leman's long time client Barina Property Group. The units at the Butter Yard scheme are fully let to Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council on a 25-year term.

The development comprises 67 A-rated apartments and features green roofs, electric vehicle charging points, exhaust air heat pumps and 83 cycle spaces.
