Ogier Leman is acting for international industrial logistics investor Palm Logistics.

Recently, Palm Logistics announced its aims to seek planning permission for development of a further 500,000 square-foot logistics space area in Co. Kildare, Ireland. Ogier Leman's Real Estate team in Dublin have been assisting the developer, specifically in the occupational lettings space, since 2018.

The proposed expansion seeks to further regenerate, upgrade and rebrand Naas Enterprise Park, the largest single asset in the Core industrial portfolio, into a "world-class sustainable offering" and one day "Ireland's leading logistics park".

According to the plan, the 250-acre park’s logistics space will extend to more than 2 million square-feet, and will involve an investment of more than €100 million, and be rebranded as Momentum Logistics Park.

The team advising Palm is led by Sarah Keenan, Managing Associate.

"Our team are proud to have advised Palm Logistics in this exciting and impressive development project since 2018," said Sarah.

"We look forward to continuing to support Palm throughout its delivery."

An affiliate of the pan-European real estate private equity firm, Palm Capital, Palm Logistics is a dedicated logistics investor and developer with operations and offices in London, Dublin, Madrid and Munich. The company is one of the largest industrial and logistics landlords in Ireland with more than 150 properties, 130 tenants and approximately three million square-foot under management.

Headquartered in London and with offices in Dublin, Madrid and Munich, Palm Capital manages about €1.5 billion of commercial real estate in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe across a number of asset classes.
