Ogier is advising Amdocs on US$188 million acquisition of MYCOM OSI

Ogier's Jersey and BVI Corporate team is advising Amdocs on its approximately US$188 million acquisition of MYCOM OSI from Inflexion Private Equity and others.

The acquisition of the UK headquartered company, which is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions to closing, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Ogier worked alongside Davis Polk to advise the client in respect of all Jersey matters in connection with the acquisition. The team was led by partners Simon Dinning and Oliver Richardson and included associate Neo Tshikalange.

Amdocs is a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies. Its acquisition of MYCOM OSI, which provides SaaS-based cloud network and service assurance solutions to communications service providers globally, will expand Amdocs’ network portfolio to include end-to-end service and network orchestration.
