Ogier in Luxembourg assists Banco Inversis SA on acquisition of Adepa Group

Ogier in Luxembourg has advised Banco Inversis SA on the acquisition of an indirect stake in Luxembourgish company Adepa Group.

The team advised on the Luxembourg corporate and regulatory aspects of the acquisition, including the structuring and the preparation and submission of the application to the CSSF, the financial regulator in Luxembourg.

Banco Inversis SA is a Spanish fully-licensed banking institution. Adepa Group is a group of entities involved in the asset servicing market in EU and non-EU countries.

The team was led by corporate partner Bertrand Geradin and included counsel Philippe Burgener and senior associates Anne-Sophie Lliteras and Maxime Wagner.
