Ogier in Hong Kong advises YSX Tech on Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate law team in Hong Kong acted as Cayman Islands counsel to YSX Tech Co Ltd, a business solutions provider to PRC-based clients, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq Capital Market.

Cayman-incorporated YSX Tech Co Ltd (YSX Tech) announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 1,250,000 Class A ordinary shares on 19 December 2024. The offering was priced at US$4 per share. 

Shares began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol YSXT on 18 December 2024.

YSX Tech, through its various operating companies, provides comprehensive business solutions to enterprise customers, mainly insurance companies and brokerages. The well established YSX operating companies have deep expertise in the PRC insurance market, including auto insurance aftermarket value-added services and software development. 

The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal managers Chloe Yip and Em Lou and paralegal Vicky Wu. 

Ogier worked closely with YSX Tech’s US counsel, Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC.
