Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong acted as Cayman Islands counsel to INLIF Limited, a growing player in the industrial automation sector, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq Capital Market.
INLIF Limited (INLIF), a Cayman-incorporated company involved in the production of injection moulding machine-dedicated manipulator arms, announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of its two million ordinary shares. The offering was priced at US$4 per share and raised gross proceeds of US$8 million before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses payable by INLIF.
Shares began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol INLF on 3 January 2025.
Through its PRC operating entity, Ewatt Robot Equipment Co Ltd, INLIF focuses on research, development, manufacturing and sale in the industrial automation market. The company also provides installation and warranty services as well as accessories and raw materials.
The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Chloe Yip and paralegal Josie Ma.
Ogier worked closely with INLIF's US counsel, Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC.
Rachel said: "We are thrilled to celebrate the successful listing of INLIF on Nasdaq. This milestone is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire Hong Kong Corporate team and underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of industrial automation and robotics. ”
